keep learning safe, supportive, and appropriate.

Minimal weights, bodyweight-based training

  • We keep it simple.

    • Comfortable athletic clothing which covers all sensitive body areas

    • Good athletic sneakers

    • A water bottle with water

    • A willingness to work hard

  • Every session follows a clear and steady structure so athletes know what to expect. 

    Consistency helps athletes feel confident and ready to learn.

    • Warm-Up – Movement to prepare the body and daily activity progression.

    • First Activity –Combining fun with skill development, usually competitive.

    • Skill Development – Foundational movement progression based on athlete’s experience and capability.

    • Second Activity – Builds on activity one and the development activity to bring the work full circle.

    • Mind-Body Cool Down – Athlete/coach checking, session wind down including stretching and feedback 

No prior experience is needed.
