Every session follows a clear and steady structure so athletes know what to expect.
Consistency helps athletes feel confident and ready to learn.
Warm-Up – Movement to prepare the body and daily activity progression.
First Activity –Combining fun with skill development, usually competitive.
Skill Development – Foundational movement progression based on athlete’s experience and capability.
Second Activity – Builds on activity one and the development activity to bring the work full circle.
Mind-Body Cool Down – Athlete/coach checking, session wind down including stretching and feedback
No prior experience is needed.
