ABOUT US
Where Growth Starts From the InsideAt BGTNT,
We believe strong athletes are built through more than movement alone. Confidence, mindset, discipline, and effort matter just as much as physical skills.
We create a supportive space where athletes learn how to try, how to persevere when something feels challenging, and how to believe in what they can become, both in training and in life.
Our program supports the whole athlete.
That means we care about:
How athletes move
How they think
How they respond to challenges
How they work with others
What We Focus On
Every session is structured, clear, and encouraging. They are designed to help kids grow steadily without pressure or comparison.
Before athletes can grow physically, they need confidence and clarity.
We teach athletes how to:
Show up even when they feel unsure
Try again after mistakes
Choose effort over excuses
Replace negative self-talk with growth-focused thinking.
WHY MINDSET WINs
Mindset isn’t a separate lesson.
It’s woven into every activity, every challenge, and every moment of progress.
BGTNT was founded by Bryan Cheney, a coach who believes training should prepare athletes for more than performance alone.
Bryan’s passion comes from seeing how often athletes are taught what to do. But not how to think when things get difficult. Over time, he recognized that confidence, consistency, and mindset are just as important as strength or skill, especially during formative years.
He believes growth occurs long before competition, but through quiet work, repeated effort, and the moments when athletes choose to try again.
This program isn’t about creating elite athletes.
It’s about developing strong, capable humans who can handle challenges in any environment.

FOR PARENTS
We understand you value clarity, safety, and meaningful growth.
That’s why we offer:
Small group training
Clear session structure
Simple progress tracking
Open communication
We are committed to maintaining a safe, supportive environment where every participant feels respected, included, and confident to take part.
All participants are expected to treat one another with care, fairness, and respect. Differences in ability, personality, and progress are supported, and behaviors such as teasing, exclusion, intimidation, or unacceptable conduct are addressed immediately.
The coach sets clear expectations for conduct and leads by example.
When behavior does not align with program values, it is addressed through guidance and redirection. If the behavior continues or is serious in nature, communication with parents or guardians will take place and participation may be paused or discontinued to protect the well-being of the group.
